Services include IT governance assessments, cloud and infrastructure evaluations, organizational change management, compliance reviews, roadmap development, procurement support, transition planning, cost optimization, financial analysis, and contract management assistance tailored to customer requirements.

Project & Program Management

SolveNow offers project and program management services aligned with industry-standard methodologies, including PMI and Agile practices, to support successful project delivery and operational excellence. Services include project planning, stakeholder management, risk assessment, strategic planning, organizational change management, business case development, implementation oversight, program assessment, Agile coaching, and project delivery support. SolveNow works closely with customers to ensure projects are managed efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with organizational goals.

Service Policy

SolveNow, Inc.'s warranty and return policies are governed by the applicable Purchase Agreement, DIR DBITS Contract terms, and customer-specific Statement of Work (SOW). Customers may provide written notice of any errors, deficiencies, or non-conforming services within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of invoice, and SolveNow, Inc. will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve validated issues in accordance with the applicable contract terms and agreed project requirements. SolveNow, Inc. follows standard industry practices and ensures that warranty and service policies provided to Customers are fair, commercially reasonable, and consistent with services offered for comparable consulting and technology solutions.

Customers may obtain services through the DIR Cooperative Contracts Program by contacting SolveNow directly for staffing requirements, quotations, and service-related inquiries.
